The QSFP+ BIDI transceivers were employed on Mellanox MLX-2700B (Cumulus IOS). There is no useful DOM information from the “ethtool-m” data.
Solution:Troubleshoot the problem in the following way:HiFiber engineers compared the customer’s test result screenshot with ours and found the difference. Customer feedback, DDM information is normal after re-reading, all module tests are ok.
